Online Payments For Donations Now Available On Website

The Shrine’s Website is now able to receive secure online payments for donations, memberships, Mass cards, as well as purchasing Christmas Cards and the Shrine’s video.  This new Website feature will not only make it easier for people to support the Shrine through various donations, but can reduce cost for the Shrine.

Since the cost of printing and postage continually increases the Shrine is always looking for ways to reduce overhead. The online payment system will help. Many of the Shrine’s supporters do not have access to email or the Internet so regular mailings will not be eliminated. However, with the online email mailing list combined with the secure online payment system, the Shrine can easily send out email notices about membership dues, Christmas Cards and other ways to support the Shrine.

The online system will take Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards. It goes through the PayPal secure payment system but purchasers do not have to have a PayPal account.  The PayPal system was acquired by eBay in 2002 and is a safe way to conduct payment transactions online.
