Receive the Shrine Newsletter Online

With the launch of the new Web site, site visitors can now sign-up to receive the Shrine of St. Joseph’s Newsletter online as well as other email notices. Members of the Friends of St. Joseph will continue to receive the printed newsletter by U.S. mail

Staying in contact with Shrine visitors and members of the Friends of St. Joseph’s Shrine can be challenging. The traditional paper newsletter is printed and mailed twice a year. It does not always meet the needs of visitors, members and staff. With the addition of adding an online newsletter feature communications can be enhanced and notifications on new events and other announcements can be made easily and quickly.

ePlus Marketing LLC assisted the Shrine in selecting the email marketing program, Constant Contact. The program makes it easy for anyone to create and send professional looking emails. In addition, the program allows the email list to be managed automatically.

This new feature to the Shrine of St. Joseph’s Website will aid in notifying members and visitors on up-coming news, events and announcements. Email notifications can quickly be launched if events are canceled or for event reminders, as well as other notifications.

The paper newsletter will not be discontinued and members of the Friends of the Shrine will receive it prior to the email newsletter. With mailing only twice a year the online option can assist with more frequent communications.
